僱主必須嚴格遵循香港特區政府規定的外籍家庭傭工「法定最低工資」。若合約規定不提供免費膳食，則必須按月支付法定膳食津貼。 Employers must strictly comply with the Statutory Minimum Wage for Foreign Domestic Helpers (FDHs) set by the HKSAR Government. A statutory monthly food allowance must be paid if free food is not provided under the contract.

Rest days should be determined by mutual agreement, and employers cannot compel helpers to work on their rest days under non-emergency circumstances.
